Do my members pay anything for Vyaam?
No. When a gym is registered with Vyaam, the app and every gym feature come with each active member's membership, along with a Zen usage limit and three plate scans a day. A member who wants more can buy Pro themselves at ₹149 a month; that is between them and us and costs the gym nothing. Gyms can also sell Gym Pro and Gym Max as their own membership plans; members on those pay the gym, and the gym pays Vyaam ₹149 or ₹499 a month for each. A member who leaves keeps their own training history and moves to the individual app.
What about iPhone users?
The same app runs in any browser at app.vyaam.in. On an iPhone, Safari installs it to the home screen in three taps — the steps are on the install page, including the part everyone trips on: it has to be Safari itself, not the browser inside WhatsApp. Android users install it from the Play Store.
Who collects the membership fees?
You do. Payments in the app run on your own Razorpay account and settle to your bank. Vyaam holds no funds, takes nothing per transaction, and issues receipts in your name as a software function only.
Who owns the data?
Members own their training data and can delete their account in the app. You own your roster and payment history, exported to you on request. Plans and videos you add are licensed to Vyaam only to show them to your members.
Can members under 18 use it?
Members aged 13 to 17 get a teen account created at the desk with a guardian's consent recorded, and without AI, social, health or nutrition features. Under 13, a desk record without an app account.
Can we bring our plans and our trainers' videos?
Yes. Onboarding enters your notice-board plans as in-app plans and adds your exercises with your videos, so members see your programme, not a generic one. Your content stays yours.
